The foundational principle
Your attention is one of your most valuable resources.
What you consistently place your attention on grows.
Why concentration matters
Your life follows your attention.
Every day, people, devices, responsibilities, ideas, and concerns compete for your attention. Yet few of us have ever been taught how to direct it consciously.

We are taught what to learn, what to remember, and what to accomplish. But we are rarely taught how to concentrate.

Many believe focus is an inherited ability-something you either have or you do not. It isn't. Concentration is a natural capacity within every human being. Everyone can strengthen concentration with practice once they know what and how to practice.

Meet Christine
Christine Spretnjak, LPC, M.Ed., DD, DM
For many years, I have helped people discover capacities within themselves that they did not realize they possessed.

As a licensed professional counselor, teacher, and lifelong student of consciousness, I have witnessed how deeply a person’s life can change when they learn to direct their attention deliberately.
“My desire is simple: I want every person to discover this muscle of the mind, experience its power and use it.”
